Shipping time is dependent upon item(s) purchased and availability: The Mega Products are considered quick ship items and are shipped USPS PRIORITY and can take as little as 3 days. Some incontinence products are shipped out of Ohio, however some are shipped out of one of the many warehouses located throughout the United State.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at healthpursuit.com will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at healthpursuit.com Guarantee Details: Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Health Pursuit, CSC will cover upon verification of fraudulant purchase the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Health Pursuit, CSC will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at healthpursuit.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Your credit card will be processed on the day you place your order or on the next business day.
If we owe you a full or parital refund, it will be processed on the day refund due or the next business day.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you place your order, however you will Only be billed for the amount shown in your shopping cart. All orders are subject to verification and ALL FUNDS ARE IN US DOLLARS ONLY.
After we have received your order, we will also inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order
or a confirmation of an offer to sell. healthpursuit.com reserves the right, without prior
notification, to limit the order quantity on any item, on both an order and time basis
(example: quantity limit 10, total per month 10). In order to protect the interests of our
customers all orders placed for over $5,000 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable
method of payment, as established by our Commercial Department. Additional verification

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Once the product has been shipped the order can not be cancelled. However, when the product is returned you the customer are entitled to a refund of the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping and return fees.
*Please Note that we do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
*Please Note: Diaper and incontinence products are non-returnable so please order carefully.
When we receive confirmation that a package has been delivered: It is our policy NOT to refund unless the item is returned. We will provide tracking numbers and confirmation of delivery numbers so you may contact the shipping agent should the occassion arise, but under no circumstances will a refund be issued. We do apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.
In the event that payment is unjustifiably reversed (charged back) or unpaid for "NSF or Insufficient Funds," You are notified that the original amount plus a return item fee or charge back fee of $25.00 will be electronically debited from your account.
Returns Are Easy
Our returns policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund less shipping.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from the healthpursuit.com website.
All returns must be sent to the address provided below or other address provided to you when you obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box. To obtain an RMA number e-mail your request to Product Satisfaction Services. Packages not displaying this number will be refused.
RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days from receipt, so be sure you are ready to ship the item before making your request. If for any reason you do not ship within the 15 days you must make request for a new RMA number.
Products must be returned using delivery confirmation or some other form of tracking, this is for your protection because should the package be lost in transit Healthpursuit.com cannot be held responsible for packages not received.
Notification of refund will be sent to the email address provided on the original order after we have received and processed the returned item.
